Hotel Reservation Information

Hotel reservation contact details will be provided once you have

completed the Event Registration.  You will receive a Welcome Letter as

part of your Event Registration invoice.  The Welcome Letter will contain

further information concerning hotel reservations, zip line preparation and other

details for the 2017 Event.


Hotel Amenities

look at this year's hotel.

The hotel offers a helpful array of services. Free WiFi and an outdoor pool,

as well as a 24/7 café, a bar/lounge, a business center, and fitness center.

The hotel has over 400 rooms and suites and 35,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space.

There is free airport shuttle service and 24/7 beverage and snack service. Pets are

welcome.

There are four onsite restaurant/pub/snack services available and, best of all, a Starbucks for

all of us who need massive mornings mocha injections.
